Amend HB 999 (house committee report) on page 2, line 5, 
immediately following the period, by inserting the following:
	The commissioner shall approve or deny the board's request 
for approval under this subsection not later than the 30th day after 
the date the commissioner receives the request. If the commissioner 
fails to act within the time prescribed by this subsection, the 
request is considered approved.
