Amend CSHB 1277 by adding an appropriately numbered Section 
____, to read as follows and renumber the subsequent sections 
appropriately:
	SECTION ____. Section 481.078, Government Code, is amended by 
adding Subsection (g-1) to read as follows:
	(g-1) The grant agreement shall include a provision requiring 
that the grant recipient provide a health benefit plan to its 
employees used in any activity or project financed by the grant.
