	(1)  On page 1, line 10, between "state" and the underlined 
period, insert ", including a location outside of the United 
States".
	(2)  On page 1, line 20, between "," and "subject", insert 
"including a location outside of the United States,".
	(3)  On page 2, line 3, between "state" and the underlined 
period, insert ", including a location outside of the United 
States".
