Amend CSHB 1320 (house committee printing), on page 2, 
between line 9 and 10, by inserting the following:
	(d)  It is an affirmative defense to prosecution under 
Subsection (b)(4) that the actor owns or trains a cock with the 
intent that the cock be used as a show bird or pet.
