Add the following line:                                                      
	1)  Staffers of the Texas House of Representatives, would be 
allowed 10 hours each month off with pay to volunteer for Court 
Appointed Special Advocates; beginning the second Tuesday of 
January and continuing through June 15th on odd numbered years 
only.
