Amend HB 1468 (House Committee Report) as follows:                           

(1)  On page 8, lines 7 and 8, strike "Sections 651.351(d) 	and (f), Occupations Code, are amended" and substitute "Section 
651.351, Occupations Code, is amended by amending Subsections (d) 
and (f) and adding Subsection (i)".
	(2)  On page 8, line 13, between "(2)" and "be located", 
insert "except as provided by Subsection (i),".
	(3)  On page 9, between lines 9 and 10, insert the following:                  
	(i)  Subsection (d)(2) does not apply to a funeral 
establishment located on tax-exempt property of an accredited 
postsecondary educational institution that is operated in 
connection with an accredited educational program for funeral 
services.
