Amend HB 1485 (House committee printing) as follows: (1) On page 3, lines 2 and 3, strike "lieutenant governor and the speaker of the house of representatives jointly" and substitute "legislature". (2) On page 3, line 6, strike "lieutenant governor and speaker recommend" and substitute "legislature recommends".
