	Amend HB 1721 (house committee printing) as follows:                         

(1)  On page 1, line 9, strike "CERTAIN CORRECTIONAL 	FACILITIES" and substitute "CORRECTIONAL FACILITY".
	(2)  On page 1, lines 16 and 17, strike "that is operated by a 
county or municipality".
	(3)  On page 1, lines 23 and 24, strike "that is operated by a 
county or municipality".
	(4)  On page 2, lines 2 and 3, strike "that is operated by a 
county or municipality".
	(5)  On page 2, line 9, strike "that is operated by a county 
or municipality".
	(6)  On page 2, lines 14 and 15, strike "that is operated by a 
county or municipality".
