Amend Floor Amendment No. 11 by Senator Van de Putte to 
CSHB 1831 by striking proposed Subsection (g) to Section 771.082, 
Health and Safety Code, and substituting the following:
	(g)  A seller may deduct and retain two percent of prepaid 
wireless 9-1-1 emergency services fees that it collects to offset 
its costs in administering the collection and remittance of this 
fee.
