Amend HB 1886 (House Committee Report) as follows:                           

(1)  On page 1, strike lines 7-8 and substitute the 	following:               

CERTAIN GENERAL-LAW OR HOME-RULE MUNICIPALITIES.  (a)  This section 
applies only to a general-law or home-rule municipality for which 
the governing body has adopted one or more juvenile curfew 
ordinances and, if any of those ordinances prohibits juveniles from 
being in public places during weekday daytime hours, the ordinance 
exempts during those hours home-schooled students who have 
permission from a parent or guardian to be in a public place.
	(b)  The governing body of a municipality to which this 
section applies
	(2)  On page 1, line 9, strike "ordinance".                             
	(3)  On page 1, line 11, strike "the ordinance" and 
substitute "a juvenile curfew ordinance adopted by the governing 
body".
