The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend CSHB 1959 by inserting the following 
appropriately-numbered SECTION and renumbering any subsequent 
SECTIONS accordingly:
	SECTION 1.____. TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE.  Section 
31.004(a), Insurance Code, is amended to read as follows:
	Sec. 31.004.  SUNSET PROVISION.  (a) The Texas Department of 
Insurance is subject to Chapter 325, Government Code (Texas Sunset 
Act).  Unless continued in existence as provided by that chapter, 
the department is abolished September 1, 2011 [2009].
