System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSHB 2013 on page 2, between lines 8 and 9, by inserting 
the following:
	(c)  If the legislature does not specifically appropriate 
funds to an institution of higher education in an amount sufficient 
to pay the institution's costs in complying with this section for a 
semester, the governing board of the institution of higher 
education shall report to the Senate Finance Committee and the 
House Appropriations Committee the cost to the institution of 
complying with this section for that semester.
