Amend HB 2066 (House Committee Report) as follows:                           
	(1)  On page 2, line 2, between "mouth" and the semicolon, 
insert "and the person shows obvious signs of physical injury".
	(2)  On page 3, line 5, between "mouth" and the period, 
insert "and the person shows obvious signs of physical injury".
