	Amend HB 2066 (House Committee Report) as follows:                           
	(1)  On page 2, line 2, between "mouth" and the semicolon, 
insert "and physical evidence or the testimony of a witness other 
than the victim corroborates that the offense was committed in the 
manner described by this paragraph".
	(2)  On page 3, line 5, between "mouth" and the period, 
insert "and physical evidence or the testimony of a witness other 
than the victim corroborates that the offense was committed in the 
manner described by this paragraph".
