Amend HB 2066 on third reading as follows:                                   
	(1)  On page 2, line 2, strike "mouth;" and substitute "mouth 
in a manner that, if continued, would cause the person to lose 
consciousness;".
	(2)  On page 3, line 5, strike "mouth." and substitute "mouth 
in a manner that, if continued, would cause the person to lose 
consciousness.".
