Amend CSHB 2113 (Senate committee printing) by striking the 
words "and a police officer" from page 1, line 15, SECTION 1 of the 
bill and inserting the following new SECTION 2 as recited below and 
renumber existing SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:
	SECTION 2.  Section 142.0013, Local Government Code, is 
amended by adding new subsection (d) to read as follows:
	(d)  A police officer shall be granted the same number of 
vacation days and holidays, or days in lieu of vacation days or 
holidays, granted to other municipal employees.
