	Amend Amendment No. 6 by S. Turner to HB 2154 by adding the 
following appropriately numbered item to the amendment and 
renumbering subsequent items of the amendment accordingly:
	(    )  Add the following appropriately numbered SECTION to 
the bill and renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly;
	SECTION ____.  The change in law made by this Act to Section 
155.0211, Tax Code, applies only in a county with a population of 3 
million or more.
