Amend HB 2225 on third reading in SECTION 1 of the bill, by 
striking Subsection (b)(2) (page 2, lines 10 and 11, second reading 
engrossment), and substituting the following:
		(2)  five members who have expertise in or a 
demonstrated commitment to adoption issues, three of whom are 
appointed by the governor, one of whom is appointed by the 
lieutenant governor, and one of whom is appointed by the speaker of 
the house of representatives.
