81(R) HB 2240 - 2nd reading 1 (H)

	Amend CSHB 2240 (House Committee Report) as follows:                         
	(1)  On page 1, line 10, strike "results in bodily injury to" 
and substitute "constitutes an offense under Section 22.01(a)(1) 
against".
	(2)  On page 1, line 15, strike "resulted in bodily injury 
to" and substitute "constituted an offense under Section 
22.01(a)(1) against".
	(3)  On page 1, lines 19-20, strike "resulted in bodily 
injury to" and substitute "constituted an offense under Section 
22.01(a)(1) against".
