	Amend CSHB 2256 (house committee printing) on page 9, between 
lines 16 and 17,  by inserting the following:
	(d)  Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, 
Sections 151.012 and 151.013, Civil Practice and Remedies Code, do 
not apply to a mediation under this chapter.
