Amend CSHB 2256 (house committee printing) as follows: (1) On page 8, between lines 17 and 18, insert the following: (c) Nothing in this chapter prohibits mediation of more than one claim between the parties during a mediation. (2) On page 8, line 18, strike "(c)" and substitute "(d)".
