	Amend CSHB 2438 as follows:                                                  

(1)  On page 5, line 12, strike "Subsections (d) and (e)" and 	substitute "Subsection (d)".
	(2)  On page 5, line 15, between "charge" and the period, 
insert the following:

and may disclose money advanced under Subsection (b) in any manner 
permitted by 12 C.F.R. Part 226 (Regulation Z) adopted under the 
Truth in Lending Act (15 U.S.C. Section 1601 et seq.)
	(3)  On page 5, strike lines 19-22.
