Amend CSHB 2491 (house committee printing) as follows:                       
	(1)  On page 1, line 19, strike "date" and substitute "day 
and month".
	(2)  On page 3, between lines 8 and 9, insert the following:                   
	(g)  On receipt of a request under Chapter 552, Government 
Code, for information indicating whether a criminal history record 
information review of a school employee or applicant has revealed 
that the employee or applicant has been convicted of an offense 
described by Section 21.058(a) or 22.085(a), Education Code, the 
school district, open-enrollment charter school, or shared 
services arrangement shall disclose the requested information.
