The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend CSHB 2609 as follows:                                                  
	On page 2, line 11 after "Utilities Code," add "or a pipeline 
used for the transportation of oil, gas, or the products thereof or 
carbon dioxide."
