Amend CSHB 2649 by adding the following appropriately 
numbered SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of 
the bill accordingly:
	SECTION ____.  Section 1001.401, Occupations Code, is amended 
by adding Subsection (e) to read as follows:
	(e) A license holder shall not be required to provide or hold 
any additional certification, other than a license issued under 
this chapter, to seal a plan, specification, plat, or report.
