	Amend CSHB 2730 by amending the following appropriately 
numbered SECTIONS to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS 
of the bill accordingly:
	SECTION ____. Amend Sec. 708.157, Transportation Code, 
AMNESTY AND INCENTIVES as follows:
	(c) The department by rule [may]shall establish an indigency 
program for holders of a driver's license on which a surcharge has 
been assessed for certain offenses, as determined by the
