Amend CSHB 2730 (House committee printing) by adding the 
following appropriately numbered SECTION and renumbering the 
remaining SECTIONS accordingly:
	SECTION ____.____.  The Department shall develop customer 
service training requirements that at a minimum must be completed 
by the staff of the Driver License Division that interact with the 
public.  Each new employee of the Division that is required to 
complete this training, as a condition of employment, must do by the 
end of the third month of employment.  Thereafter, each employee 
that the training applies to shall participate annually in this 
training.
