Amend CSHB 2730 (House committee printing) by adding the 
following appropriately numbered SECTION and renumbering the 
remaining SECTIONS accordingly:
	SECTION ____.____.  The Department shall develop cultural 
diversity training requirements to be completed by all staff of the 
Drivers License Division.  Each new employee of the Division, as a 
condition of employment, must complete the training by the end of 
the third month of employment.  Thereafter, each employee in the 
Division shall participate annually in the diversity training.
