	Amend Floor Amendment No. 52 by Parker to CSHB 2730 (#812177) 
as follows:  
	(1)  On page 1, strike lines 12-14 and substitute the 
following:             

to or renewed by the person before the earlier of:                     
		(1)  the 20th anniversary of the date that the person 
was first required to register under Chapter 62, Code of Criminal 
Procedure; or
		(2)  the last date on which that person was required to 
register under Chapter 62, Code of Criminal Procedure.
	(2)  On page 2, strike lines 9-11 and substitute the 
following:              

the person before the earlier of:                                      
		(1)  the 20th anniversary of the date that the person 
was first required to register under Chapter 62, Code of Criminal 
Procedure; or
		(2)  the last date on which that person was required to 
register under Chapter 62, Code of Criminal Procedure.
	(3)  On page 3, strike lines 1-3 and substitute the 
following:
