Amend CSHB 2730 (House committee printing) by adding the 
following appropriately numbered SECTION and renumbering the 
remaining SECTIONS accordingly:
	SECTION ____.____. All department employees charged with 
processing applications for and issuing driver's licenses and/or 
identification cards shall receive a one time pay raise in the 
amount of $3,000 per year upon meeting the following 
qualifications:
		(1) completion of all training requirements                                   
		(2) A minimum of 6 months consecutive employment with 
the department in the same position and;
		(3) A satisfactory job review by the employee's 
immediate supervisor
