Amend HB 2808, in SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 
53.021(e), Occupations Code, (Senate committee printing, page 1) by 
striking lines 38-39 and substituting the following:

to provide:                                                            
		(1)  law enforcement or public health, education, or 
safety services; or
		(2)  financial services in an industry regulated by a 
person listed in Section 411.081(i)(19), Government Code.
