Amend HB 2925 by inserting the following new SECTION ____ and 
renumbering subsequent sections accordingly:
	SECTION ____.  Appropriations Limited to Revenue 
Collections.  It is the intent of the Legislature that fees, fines, 
and other miscellaneous revenues as authorized and generated by 
this act, at a minimum, cover the cost of the programs authorized by 
this act.
