Amend HB 2941 (Senate committee version) as follows:                         
	(1)  In the recital to SECTION 1 of the bill (page 1, line 
14), strike "Subsection (d)" and substitute "Subsections (d) and 
(e)".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, following proposed Section 
552.148(d), Government Code (page 1, between lines 43 and 44), 
insert the following:
	(e)  This section applies to information described by 
Subsections (a), (c), and (d) and to an item of information or 
comparable sales data described by Subsection (b) only if the 
information, item of information, or comparable sales data relates 
to real property that is located in a county having a population of 
20,000 or more.
