Amend CSHB 2962 (House committee printing) as follows:                       

(1)  On page 8, line 16, strike "or".
	(2)  On page 8, strike line 19 and substitute the following:                   

1986; or                                                               
		(4)  any taxable credit-only savings account that is 
opened in a child's name and gifted to the child by a postsecondary 
education awards program and that is exclusively accessible by the 
program administrator.
	(3)  On page 12, line 26, strike "or".                                  
	(4)  On page 13, strike line 2 and substitute the following:                   

1986; or
