Amend HB 3076 (house committee report) as follows:                           
	(1)  On page 1, line 11, strike "middle, junior high, and".             
	(2)  On page 1, line 12, between the period and "The", insert 
the following: 

A school district may use the program developed under this 
subsection in the district's middle or junior high school 
curriculum. At the discretion of the district, a teacher may modify 
the suggested sequence and pace of the program at any grade level.
	(3)  On page 2, line 10, strike "may" and substitute "shall".
