Amend HB 3076 on third reading as follows:                                   

(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in the introductory language, 	strike "and (p-3)" and substitute "(p-3), and (p-4)".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, immediately following added 
Section 28.002(p-3), Education Code, insert the following:
	(p-4)  A student under 14 years of age may not participate in 
a program developed under Subsection (p) without the permission of 
the student's parent or person standing in parental relation to the 
student.
