	Amend CSHB 3097 (house committee printing) by adding the 
following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumber 
subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:
	SECTION ____.  Section 504.615(e), Transportation Code, is 
amended to read as follows:
	(e)  In this section, "college" means:                                         
		(1)  an institution of higher education as defined by 
Section 61.003, Education Code;  [or]
		(2)  a private college or university described by 
Section 61.222, Education Code; or
		(3)  the University of Notre Dame.
