	Amend CSHB 3215 (house committee printing) as follows:                       

(1)  On page 2, line 4, strike ", as funds are available,".
	(2)  On page 2, line 11, after the comma, insert "as funds are 
available and"
	(3)  On  page 3, line 10, strike "original" and substitute 
"outstanding".
