System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend HB 3255 (House Committee Report) as follows:                           
	(1)  On page 1 by striking lines 8-10 and substituting the 
following:        
	"OFFICER.  (a)  A peace officer may impound the vehicle of a 
person who operates a motor vehicle in violation of Section 601.051 
if the person has been previously convicted of a violation of that 
section."
	(2)  On page 2, line 3, insert "and" after ";"                   
	(3)  On page 2, line 4, strike "; and" and substitute "."        
	(4)  On page 2, strike lines 5-6.
