The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend HB 3314 as follows:                                                    
	(1)  On page 1, line 10, between "distributee" and "who 
occupied", insert "who is the decedent's child or".
	(2)  On page 1, line 11, strike "and who" and substitute ", 
provided that the distributee".
