	Amend CSHB 3335 (House Committee Report) as follows:                         
	(1)  Strike SECTION 17, SECTION 21, and SECTION 22 of the 
bill;              
	(2)  On page 16, lines 23-24, strike, "Except as provided by 
subsection (b) of this section,";
	(3)  On page 16, strike line 25.
