	Amend the England amendment (81R30928) to CSHB 3389 (house 
committee report) as follows:
	(1) Strike on page 1, lines 4 and 5, and substitute the 
following:           
	SECTION 6. Subsection (b) and (c), Section 1701.157, 
Occupations Code, is amended to read as follows:
	(2) Strike on page 1, lines 7 through 29, strike on page 2, 
lines 1 through 3, and substitute the following:
	(b) To provide the necessary information for an allocation of
