	Amend Floor Amendment No. 4 by Thompson to CSHB 3389 (house 
committee printing) as follows:
	(1)  On page 1, line 26, strike "and" and substitute "[and]". 
	(2)  On page 2, between lines 2 and 3, insert the following:                   
			(C)  whether the peace officer knew the race or 
ethnicity of the individual detained before detaining that 
individual; and
