Amend CSHB 3391 (House Committee Report, page 4, line 17) by 
inserting after the period "The person assigned to conduct an 
investigation under this section must be a licensed peace officer 
who is not an employee of the department and has never been employed 
by the department as a game warden, deputy game warden, or special 
game warden."
