System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend HB 3391 (House Committee Report) on page 3, after line 
1, by inserting the following:
	(c)  The Parks and Wildlife Department shall implement the 
pilot program established under Section 12.1045, Parks and Wildlife 
Code, as added by this section, only if sufficient funds are 
available and have been allocated for that purpose.
