Amend CSHB 3391 (Senate committee report) in SECTION 7 of the 
bill, in amended Section 12.0011, Parks and Wildlife Code, as 
follows:
	(1)  On page 3, line 7, strike "A local or state agency or 
private organization" and substitute "An agency with statewide 
jurisdiction".
	(2)  On page 3, lines 17 and 18, strike "or organization".              
	(3)  On page 3, line 22, strike "or organization".
