Amend HB 3452 (house committee report) as follows:                           

(1)  On page 1, lines 13 through 14, strike "Texas public 	institution of higher education" and substitute "public or private 
institution of higher education located in this state".
	(2)  On page 2, line 7, strike "Texas public university" and 
substitute "public or private institution of higher education 
located in this state".
	(3)  On page 2, lines 9 through 10, strike "Texas public 
university" and substitute "public or private institution of higher 
education".
