	Amend CSHB 3480 (House committee printing) as follows:                       
	(1)  Strike page 6, line 1, through page 7, line 2, and 
renumber subsequent SECTIONS of the bill as appropriate.
	(2)  Strike page 9, lines 8-17 and reletter subsequent 
subsections of SECTION 8 of the bill as appropriate.
