System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	
Add a new Section 2 to HB 3552 (Senate committee report) and 
renumber existing sections accordingly:
	SECTION 2:  (a)  The state auditor shall audit the Lower 
Colorado River Authority.
	(b)  A river authority audited under this section shall 
cooperate and provide assistance and access to all necessary 
records, confidential or nonconfidential, to the state auditor in 
conducting the audit under this section.
	(c)  Not later than January 1, 2011, the state auditor shall 
prepare a written report for the audit conducted under this section 
and file the report in accordance with Section 321.014, Government 
Code.
	(d)  A river authority audited under this section shall 
reimburse the state auditor for the cost of performing the audit.
	(e)  This section expires January 1, 2011.
