	Amend CSHB 3612 as follows:                                                  

(1)  On page 5, line 17, strike "or".
	(2)  On page 5, between lines 17 and 18, insert:                               
		(4)  a registered property tax consultant; or                          
	(3)  On page 5, line 18, strike "(4)" and substitute "(5)".
